How to Prepare Guava Leaves Tea

a. With fresh guava leaves
  1. Take 6 guava leaves.
  2. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
  3. Now, boil the leaves with about 1 litre of water.
  4. After boiling for about 10 minutes, pour the water and filter to remove any piece of leaf.
  5. It is ready to drink.
  6. You may add a little honey as a sweetener.

b. With dried guava leaves
  1. Dry some young guava leaves under shade.
  2. Crush them into powder after you dry them.
  3. Add one tablespoonful of powdered guava leaves to one cup of hot water to brew.
  4. Allow it brew for about 5 minutes.
  5.  Strain it and drink.
  6. You may take this once a day.
