5. OFSP Palava Sauce
While your sauce is boiling, add chopped pieces or mashed OFSP.

6. Mashed Plantain with OFSP
Add your OFSP and mash together with the mashed plantain, after you add your palm oil. Add enough of the OFSP to make is sweet to your taste.
7. OFSP Light soup
When the soup is almost cooked, add enough mashed OFSP to thicken, the way you like it.
