About Nobowa

An agricultural knowledge platform, becoming the infrastructure behind it.

We started by answering farmers' questions. We're now building the tools that answer their bigger ones — what to grow, who to sell to, and whether it's worth the investment.

Our story

From practical answers to a working platform.

Ten years of answers

Where we started

Nobowa began as a home for practical farming knowledge in Ghana — production guides, market insight, and real answers for people running real farms. Over a decade, that grew into a substantial body of agricultural content, built by people who understand farming from the ground up.

From articles to tools

Where we are now

Knowledge alone has a limit — a guide can tell a farmer how to grow cassava, not what it will cost or whether a bank would back it. The Investment Estimator, live today, is the first tool built to close that gap — the opening piece of FarmOS, the Grow Better pillar of the platform.

Our mission

To become the digital operating platform for profitable agriculture in Africa.

The problem we're solving

One of the biggest problems facing farmers and agricultural investors is answering simple questions with real numbers: how much capital is needed, what production will cost, what revenue to expect, and whether an investment is actually worth it.

Most people answer these with guesswork. We think they deserve better — and we're building the tools to give it to them.

Team

Founder-led, farming-rooted.

Nobowa was co-founded by two people with hands-on experience in Ghanaian agriculture and agribusiness — the same experience that built the knowledge base this platform now stands on.
